Wing is now actively seeking new "B-17 Crew Members".
The "Texas Raiders" tours the country for about six months out
of the year. We actually fly our aircraft to all parts of the U.S.,
taking a piece of history to the people. Become one of the
"elite few" that can boast of Crewing on a WW II B-17G.

CAF Membership Membership is open to all men and women, age 18 or older. You need not be a veteran nor a pilot to join the CAF. Memberships are $160.00 per year (increases to $200 beginning March 1, 2008). First year dues are $240 which includes the CAF annual dues of $160.00 (increases to $200 beginning March 1, 2008) plus a one time processing fee of $40.00. New applications and renewals have the payment option of using a bank draft system, whereby you remit $56.00 with the application and your designated bank account will be drafted $16.00 on the 5th day of each month. You will receive a CAF name badge, CAF Wings, commission certificate, and membership card. You will also receive the monthly newsletter, Contrails, the quarterly magazine, Dispatch, free admission to the American Airpower Heritage Museum, and a Gift Shop discount. Life membership is a one time fee of $1,960.00 which can be paid at $200.00 for the first month and $160.00 per month for the next 11 months. In addition to the above listed benefits a life member will receive Life Member Wings, a Life Member card, and Life Membership plaque. As a CAF Colonel, you are eligible to become a member of a CAF Unit, join an aircraft support team, and may enjoy the privilege of flying in a CAF aircraft on a space-available basis or as a qualified crew member. Contact Col. "Bob Brooks for information on aircraft sponsorship. The CAF is a non-profit, tax-exempt historical and educational organization. Donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
