CAF Colonel (Print Application Form and Mail to our Adjutant)
Write a check payable to "Commemorative Air Force" in the amount of $200 and mail it along with this applications to Col Craig Freeland at the address below.

GCW - Membership: (Print Application Form and Mail to our Adjutant)
Write a check payable to "Gulf Coast Wing - CAF" in the amount of $50 and mail it along with all applications to Col Craig Freeland at the address below.

CAF - Cadet Membership: (Print Application Form and Mail to our Adjutant)
Write a check payable to "Commemorative Air Force" in the amount of $45 and mail it along with all applications to Col Craig Freeland at the address below.

CAF - Colonel - Membership, Dues Donation Deduction Authorization:
Fill out and sign "Membership Dues Donation Deduction Authorization" form and mail along with a check payable to the "Commemorative Air Force" in the amount of $56.00 to the address below.
NOTE: This Authorization Form should be used in lieu of mailing a check in the amount of $200.00. However, the Commemorative Air Force Application must still be filled out and signed and mailed to the address below.

Print the below Aircraft Sponsorship Checklist and mail to Col Craig Freeland at the address below. Include check payable to "Commemorative Air Force".
